Refund policy

30 Days Refund/Replacement Policy


The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days Refund/Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.

  • Item received is damaged.
  • Incorrect or mismatched size.
  • Item received is different from the description or the product customization is incorrect.
  • Lost/missing items.


The following reasons are NOT covered by out 30 days Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of product delivery.
  • Picked the wrong size, product, custom information, etc.
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
  • Personal reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.


To file a claim, please send us an email to premiumtshirts.support@gmail.com and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the defective product
  • If your claim is in regard to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
  • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label.


We will review the photos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
  • Modifications are not allowed for replacement items.
  • Remember not to return the item(s) you received because we do not accept returns.


Your order is only eligible to be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
